Terms
Draft pending legal review. These terms are not final and are not legal advice.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for checking that using a game of chance with ETH is allowed where you live.
Risk
The outcome of each round is random. ETH deployed on blocks that do not win is not returned, and you can lose everything you deploy. The contracts are unaudited until an independent review is published, and a bug can cause a loss of funds.
Testnet
The testnet deployment uses ETH and the POTS token without value. Nothing there is real money.
No custody
The app does not hold, move, or recover your funds. Transactions are signed in your wallet and executed by the contract. Lost keys cannot be recovered by anyone.
Auto plans
An auto plan holds the ETH you pay in the plan contract, not in the app, until each round uses it or you stop the plan and take it back. The plan is a prepaid series of deploys, not a savings product: the outcome of each round is random and ETH deployed on blocks that do not win is not returned.
Referrals and burn
A referrer is set once and cannot be changed. The referral bonus is minted by the contract as a share of a referred wallet's POTS claim and is not a payment from the project. A burn of POTS is permanent and cannot be undone.
Chat
You are responsible for what you write. Do not post spam, scams, threats, or other people's private information, and do not pose as the project or its team. Links are shown as plain text; never follow one you do not trust. Messages can be removed by the owner at any time, the chat is cleared every day at 00:00 UTC, and nobody in the chat is offering you advice or a return.
Changes
The game rules in a deployed contract cannot be changed. A new version is a new deployment with a visible notice. The contract owner, planned to be a multisignature wallet on mainnet, can pause new deploys and withdraw the treasury share, but cannot change a round or take a player's claim. These terms can change before launch.
